Though Harley street is a well known area in Rawalpindi. When capital shifted to Islamabad from Karachi, it was the place where some of the government office were set. But for me it is the place where my senior friend Prof. Muhammad Aslam was living and made a superb coaching system and upgraded it to a college of repute. He was hit by a motorbike outsite Aslam Foundation College, and could not survive. He was a name in the field of education in Rawalpindi. He taught a lot of student with great zeal.
